Refund and Returns Policy

At World Watch Brands, we understand that purchasing a watch is a significant decision. That’s why we’ve crafted a Return Policy to provide you with peace of mind. This policy outlines specific terms and conditions governing your use of our services and is an integral part of the World Watch Brands Terms of Service, accessible at https://worldwatchbrands.com/terms. Throughout this policy, “you” or “your” refers to you as the user, while “we,” “us,” “our,” or “World Watch Brands” refers to World Watch Brands Inc. Any capitalized terms not defined herein can be found in the World Watch Brands Terms of Service.
To initiate a return for eligible items, you must contact World Watch Brands within 24 hours of receiving your watch to commence the return process. Subsequently, the watch must be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the return label from World Watch Brands. Approval or denial of your return request will be determined by the guidelines outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The World Watch Brands Return Hang Tag must remain intact:
Upon shipment, all items are affixed with a one-time use hang tag, signifying completion of World Watch Brands’ authentication process. - To facilitate a return, the hang tag must remain attached to the watch. Removal of the hang tag renders the watch ineligible for return, as its authenticity cannot be guaranteed.
- The watch must contain all original items and accessories in the same condition as received.
- The watch must not have undergone personalization, engraving, or polishing at the buyer’s request between the time of order and delivery.
- The watch must not have been presented to the buyer in person prior to sale.
If your purchase meets the criteria for return, you will receive either a full or partial refund based on the following guidelines:
Watches Eligible for Full Refund
- Watches with functional issues failing to meet our Diagnostic Standards.
Watches whose condition does not match the description at the time of purchase, as outlined in our Condition Scale. - Returns meeting the above criteria will result in a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your original payment method.
Watches Eligible for Partial Refund
Should your watch not meet the aforementioned criteria, it qualifies for a return with a partial refund, subject to a restocking fee (details provided below). Additionally, you are responsible for all associated return costs, including shipping expenses and payment processing fees.
- Partial refunds can be issued through either of the following methods, based on client preference:
- Refund to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
- In the form of site credit—World Watch Brands Credit—following our World Watch Brands Credit Program Terms and Conditions, minus a restocking fee of up to 5% of the purchase price.
- Allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your original payment method or for the credited World Watch Brands Credit to appear in your World Watch Brands account.
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact your World Watch Brands Client Advisor within 24 hours of delivery, as indicated by tracking information, to request a return.
- Ensure your presence for inspecting the watch within 24 hours of delivery.
World Watch Brands will not extend return time frames due to circumstances beyond its control. - Upon preliminary approval of the return, we will email you a prepaid, fully-insured shipping label. Adhere to our shipping guidelines to ensure the watch’s protection and full insurance during transit.
- Include all original contents in your return package, such as the watch, boxes, documents, accessories, links, straps, buckles, and authentication papers. Failure to include any original items will render the purchase ineligible for return.
- Upon receiving the watch and confirming its compliance with this Return Policy, World Watch Brands will issue a refund either as World Watch Brands Credit or back to the original payment method, less the applicable restocking fee, return shipping costs, and any payment processing costs, including but not limited to wire transfer fees, credit card fees, buy-now-pay-later merchant fees, etc.
Additional Details
- For purchases made using cryptocurrency via Bitpay, any refund will be issued based on the USD exchange rate effective at the time of purchase.
- For purchases made using World Watch Brands Credit, refer to the World Watch Brands Credit Program Terms and Conditions for refund and expiration details.
In instances where items sold with the watch are missing or the watch exhibits signs of wear or damage, World Watch Brands reserves the right to accept the return at its sole discretion, subject to an additional restocking fee. Additionally, World Watch Brands may choose not to offer our Return Policy on certain watches at its sole discretion.
